To start we will be looking at the sub-assemblies that make up your RG600PRO Sharpener.
The RG600PRO Sharpener can be broken down into six (6) major sub-assemblies.

The Sharpening box is the biggest of the six sub-assemblies and is comprised of several smaller assemblies. The sharpening box is the base of your sharpener.
It has built in wheel assist for easy maneuverability. |

It contains the tiltable bit table that can hold two (2) bits simultaneously. |

The water recycling system and PowerVent attach to the sharpening box. The On / Off and E-Stop and the electrical boxes are attached to the sharpening box. |

The rear arm is the connection piece between the sharpener box and the sharperner arm. |

The arm provides the feed pressure during the sharpening cycle. |

This is unit is often referred to as the head of the machine.
It contains the orbital rotation motor and the sharpening motor. |

The operation of your RG600PRO is controlled here by use of the LCD display, the two (2) joysticks on either side, the rotating know on the side and the start and stop buttons in the front. |

The WiFi Antenna is also located on the head. |

Built in water recycling and filtering that consists of the settling tray, recycling pump, filter and the water tank. |
