To start we will be looking at the sub-assemblies that make up your Robot Arm™ ESD 3 Sharpener.
The Robot Arm™ ESD 3 Sharpener can be broken down into six (6) major sub-assemblies.

The Sharpening box is the biggest of the six sub-assemblies and is comprised of several smaller assemblies. The sharpening box is the base of your sharpener.
There are four adjustable feet used to level the machine. |

It contains the tiltable bit table that can hold two (2) bits simultaneously. |

The E-Stop is within easy reach at the front of the sharpening box. The Tilt control box and compressed air inlet are also situated on the side of the sharpening box. |

The rear arm is the connection piece between the sharpener box and the sharperner arm. The rear arm takes the main power supply and houses the Motor drive, I/O Card, power supply and various other systems. |

The arm provides the feed pressure during the sharpening cycle. |

This is unit is often referred to as the head of the machine.
It contains the orbital rotation motor and the sharpening motor. |

The operation of your Robot Arm™ ESD 3 is controlled here by use of the two displays, the two (2) joysticks on either side, the rotating know on the side and the start and stop buttons in the front. |

The WiFi Antenna is also located on the head. |

Built in water recycling and filtering that consists of the settling tray, recycling pump, filter and the water tank. |
